post V-day blues

Now that we’re fully past Valentines Day and the excitement has faded, it might be time to do a self check in. Y’all breaking up? Or are y’all good?

Right now you’ve probably given or received a gift of sorts, but you already know you’re about to break up with that person.

Are you done feeling guilty about it? Or was the gift probably really good so now you owe them another month. I get it.

OR are you about to give it a couple more weeks to make it seem like your not bogish? No time is a good time and your still gonna be bogish.

You might as well just take the gift and run because that what it seems like already.

It’s not recommended.

I’ve seen couples break up before Valentines Day which makes the actual day a bit rough, but there was no need to really do all the cute stuff when in the back of the person’s mind they didn’t really want to be there, and probably didn’t feel like it was worth it anymore. If you got broken up with I hope you realized the time you saved and had a ball this weekend newly single.

There are couples who’ve broken up the day after Valentines Day. That person was there for what they needed to do and got the fuck up outta there. There’s a chance they were trying to be nice and still be around for that day. Give them credit for trying to be nice about it, but there was no need.

If you are anticipating on breaking up with someone to space it out from valentines day then it is of utmost importance that you tell them “ It hurts me more than it hurts you. To know that I am bringing you any kind of pain tears me up on the inside”. They need to understand that you’re taking this breakup that YOU’RE initiating hard as well. I am SURE they will understand and will take the news easier.

I do want to say that you were probably the issue as well since the other side may be justified. like it or not you could be the asshole in the situation. You can’t always blame the other party and their logic just because you’re feelings are hurt.

Side note: All star weekend just ended in Chicago and I KNOW for a fact half of y’all were out cheating.
